Montpellier - An unknown lovely gay seaside city in France

France

One of the greatest factors you will find in Montpellier is that the gay guys here are extremely friendly, humorous, generous, and hospitable. You wouldn’t have to worry about any language barrier because most of them speak English. Yes, even though it’s not their first language, they are almost fluent.

Montpellier is a sanctuary for young gay men. Afterall, this gay location is a university town, meaning it is overrun by young college boys. A large number of the tourists are gay men who come for the beach. Montpellier boasts its famous name for its relaxing sand and lovely sun. Its sparkling waters make the coast of the Mediterranean Sea a “must-visit” gay beach. It doesn’t matter what your identity is, Montpellier is welcome to all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. In my opinion, Montpellier should be on the top of your list during your gay holidays. The sunny area in the south of France is famous for its gay beaches such as L’Espiguette, Grand Travers, or Naturist Village. Tons of gay men from around the world would travel to this wonderful, gay destination to visit these beaches.

You will find a lot of tourists just like you at these beaches, though it is always filled with gorgeous French men who are looking to have some fun! Many visitors prefer to rent a car to head to the beach, and it might be the best recommendation. You would need to spend your evenings and nights in the city. This is mainly because of the gay bar and gay sauna that are located there. Montpellier, a gorgeous gay city, is incredibly clean. I’ve never felt safer, even at night. This city will make you feel cosy, excited, and comfortable to even walk in the dead of night.

If you’re interested in live music, street food, and traditional French products, consider visiting Marchez du Lez. This market is home to several fun things to see, and you might run into some of the tourists you would have met at the beaches. Mostly, visitors would dine at the Marchez du Lez before heading to the bar. If shopping is your gay destination forte, Montpellier is home to tons of French luxurious shops. If you’re walking down the gorgeous streets of this town, you’ll definitely find some on the way.

Montpellier is, definitely, a place I would recommend for a few days during your gay holidays. From the gay beaches and culture to the bars and food, put it on the top of your lists. I mean, come on, there are tons of French guys there. Who wouldn’t want that?

Have fun my fellow gay travellers!

Anbefalinger

Montpellier is a popular gay destination. This means it has a variety of accommodation options for any budget. If you’re interested in staying at luxurious hotels or you need to find something a little less costly, this city can and will cater to your needs.

Even though this city is the epitome of gay holiday destinations, there are no gay hotels that cater to only men. You might want to check misterbandb, one of the most popular sites for gay accommodations.

During my holidays, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and I would recommend it for you. It was a very satisfying stay with easy access to the bus that leads to the gay beach. Even though it was not in a central area, it was very easy to get around.

Montpellier’s gay life is boasting with pride, harmony, excitement, and incredible fun! It does only have one gay bar but the entire city is known to make the LGBTQIA+ community feel at home. You can enter any bar and feel comfortable to have a drink with your friends, partner, or even by yourself.

1. Le Coox

Le Coxx is the only gay bar in Montpellier. Its atmosphere makes it a popular spot for the lovely gay boys, foreign and French! The staff is, absolutely, wonderful. They all speak English so you wouldn’t have to worry about that. The prices are reasonable and if you needed a bite to eat, there is a cute, cosy Italian restaurant next door.
