Saint Laurent Beach – Entdecken Sie einen atemberaubenden Strand südlich von Nizza
France
The beach is known to be a nude beach and is catered mostly to men, though you would find a few women here and there. This gay beach has a rocky landscape, but it still easy to relax, lie down, and get a gorgeous colour on your skin. The view is what will make your gay trip very memorable.
The Mediterranean ocean is famous for its refreshing nature that will help you under the heat of the sun. Even by the shore of the St. Laurent Beach, the water is very deep. So, don’t be alarmed. There are tons of gay men around who love to sunbathe or swim in the nude, while others love to dive into the warm water from the nearby rocks. It is a gay paradise for your holidays.
One lovely thing about this small beach is how you might end up socializing with other gay people since you would be in such close proximity. Even if you’re travelling alone or with a partner, meeting other tourists or the locals is a great way to make your gay holiday even more memorable. Who knows, you might end up befriending some of them and meeting in Nice for dinner or a drink. The beach has a calming and pleasant environment, but you may hear the train passing by every now and then.
Like most gay beaches, St. Laurent Eze has a special cruising area. You can join this by the rocks or in the greenery above. There’s no telling what can happen on a gay holiday, so just go with the flow and welcome any adventure.
Similar to other beaches in France, St. Laurent Beach is pretty isolated so bring your own drinks and food. There is, literally, nothing around you to buy. This is not a sandy beach, so bring some shoes, a floating mattress, swimming goggles, sunscreen, and a picnic to make your gay trip unforgettable.
I hope this helps you and don’t forget to be free, stay safe, and enjoy yourself!

Hotels
Saint Laurent Beach is hidden and isolated between rocks and is far from any village or town. I would recommend you find some accommodation in Nice. It is less than 15km, and there are tons of buses to take you.
During my visit to Saint Laurent Beach, I did stay in Nice which has some incredible options for all kinds of budgets. Whether you are looking for luxurious hotels or cheaper hostels, you can find what you are looking for no matter what kind of gay trip you’re taking.
Unfortunately, there are no hotels in Nice that cater to only gay men, though there are places that are labelled as gay-friendly which will make you feel safe and comfortable with their warm and inviting atmosphere. Here are some options:

Bars/Clubs/Saunen
Similar to other isolated beaches, don’t forget to buy your own drinks and food before you head out for this gay beach. Since it is isolated, you won’t find any restaurants, bars, or carts that sell food and drinks. I would suggest taking advantage of this opportunity and bring a picnic. Imagine the amount of socializing you can do in that picnic and make some gay friends who can take you around Nice. The only stores you will find around Saint Laurent Beach would require you to walk 30 minutes. That doesn’t seem like so much fun.
When you’re ready for the gay nightlife after a day at the beach, Nice is the best place to experience France’s booming gay culture. There are plenty of gay bars and some saunas that you might enjoy if that is the type of gay holiday you are interested in. Remember, this is a safe space so there are no judgments here, you can be free as you want in Nice.
Here are some of the most popular gay bars and gay saunas:
1. Malabar Station Nice
This bar has a wonderful terrace with friendly staff members that will make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The prices are very acceptable as well. Unfortunately, they don’t have a website but, in my experience, it is worth a night out.
2. Eagle Bar
A lovely cruising bar with a vibrant gay vibe. It can get quite busy, so if you’re okay with the crowd and colliding shoulders with tons of gorgeous gay men, this is the bar for you. Unlike other bars, you can even smoke inside!

Transport
If you added Nice as a spot in your gay trip, the airport is really close to the center of the city. It has both domestic and international flights. What’s amazing about this airport is that it has both international and domestic flights. Whether you’re coming from outside of France, or want to head to Nice for a weekend from within the country, it is very possible. It will take you around 35 minutes if you head out on the tram.
From Nice:
- Take the Number 100 bus from Port Lympia to Parking St. Laurent d’Eze. It’s the same bus that heads to Monaco as well. It will take you around 15 minutes so you can get to the gay beach even faster.
- If you want to travel by car, it’s around 10 to 12 km. There is also a parking lot for the beach but it is quite small and, with the number of gay travellers you might encounter, it might be difficult to find a place to park.
- You can always travel by Uber but it could be a bit pricey.
As I mentioned above, this gay beach is hidden far from the main road. Once you get to the right spot, you will have to walk or hike down the rocks. Yet, it was a very fun thing to do when I visited. So, I’m sure you would enjoy the journey.
